English: An Air Anti-submarine Squadron 29 (VS-29) S-3A Viking aircraft approaches the crash barricade while making an emergency landing aboard the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN (CVN-72). The aircraft was unable to make a normal arrested recovery because of damaged landing gear. Third view in a series of ten.
